What this role really is:

You’ll be responsible for three things:

  1. Leading the shop. Setting the tone. Managing the team. Making sure the operation runs the right way, not just the fast way.

  2. Owning the customer experience. Every interaction matters. Trust matters. This isn’t transactional, it’s relational.

  3. Growing the brand in the community. This is bigger than four walls. You’ll be part of building something people believe in.

What you will own day to day:

Upholding Girls Auto Clinic core values.

Maintain shop compliance with company policy procedures.

Support and enhance company culture to ensure employee retention and satisfaction.

Ensure an efficient team environment and support the technician workflow with providing the correct work mix.

Responsible for customer experience and satisfaction which must be maintained at or above benchmark level.

Set and maintain budgets to meet gross profit expectations.

Meet with team regularly to review goals and objectives and develop action plans to help the team achieve them.

Responsible for service metrics including shop targets on comebacks, productivity, efficiency, customer pay and RO effective labor rate targets.

What You Bring

Minimum three years’ experience as an Automotive Service Director or General Manager of auto repair business or dealer preferred.

Deep knowledge of fixed operations including services, shop structure, and customer relations.

Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build team culture and drive performance.

Ability to set and manage budgets to meet gross profit expectations.

Experience with service metrics including productivity, efficiency, labor rate targets, and customer satisfaction scores.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Salary Range:

$75,000 + bonuses for achieving shop goals. Make up to $100,000+ per year.
