Girls Auto Clinic Vehicle Care Membership

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Girls Auto Clinic Vehicle Care Membership, offered by Girls Auto Clinic, Inc. By enrolling in the Membership, accessing benefits, or allowing services to be performed under the Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Membership Overview

1.1 Per‑Vehicle Coverage
The Membership is valid for one (1) registered vehicle only and is non‑transferable. Coverage applies solely to the vehicle identified at enrollment.

1.2 Membership Term
The Membership term is twelve (12) consecutive months, beginning on the enrollment date (“Membership Year”).

1.3 Service Location
All Membership services must be performed at a Girls Auto Clinic location. Services performed elsewhere are not covered or reimbursed.

2. Covered Services

2.1 Routine Maintenance
The Membership includes basic, routine vehicle maintenance services as outlined on the GAC website (girlsautoclinic.com/vid-memberships), performed at manufacturer‑recommended intervals and using parts and fluids that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications.

2.2 Wiper Blades & Cabin Air Filters

• Standard wiper blade replacements and cabin air filter replacements are generally included.

• Specialty, rear, oversized, or luxury‑vehicle blades, specialty filters, or installations requiring additional labor may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed prior to service.

2.3 Exclusions
The Membership does not include repairs, diagnostics, body work, tires (unless explicitly stated), alignment services, or any service not expressly listed as included on the Girls Auto Clinic Vehicle Care Membership page.

3. Coverage Limitations & Fair Use Policy

3.1 Mileage Limitation
Coverage applies only to vehicles driven less than 18,000 miles per Membership Year.

3.2 Normal Wear & Tear
Coverage assumes normal use consistent with manufacturer guidelines. Vehicles exhibiting excessive wear, neglect, or abuse may be subject to limited or denied coverage.

3.3 Luxury, Specialty & High‑Use Vehicles
GAC reserves the right to:

• Adjust Membership pricing;

• Apply supplemental service fees; or

• Limit coverage

for luxury, specialty, modified, fleet, rideshare, delivery, or high‑use vehicles due to increased parts, labor, or operational costs. Any such adjustments will be communicated prior to service and are binding upon acceptance.

3.4 Discretionary Coverage
All Membership services are provided at the reasonable discretion of GAC, based on industry standards, manufacturer guidance, and professional judgment.

3.5 Abuse or Misuse
GAC reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Membership immediately if abuse, misrepresentation, or misuse of benefits is determined.

4. Pricing, Billing & Auto‑Renewal

4.1 Membership Pricing
Membership pricing is determined by vehicle make, model, year, and anticipated usage.

4.2 Payment Options
Members may choose:

• Annual prepayment, or

• Monthly installments, equal to 1/12 of the annual Membership fee.

4.3 Automatic Billing Authorization
By enrolling, you authorize GAC to charge the payment method on file for recurring Membership dues, renewal fees, delinquent balances, and applicable termination fees.

4.4 Automatic Renewal
Memberships automatically renew annually on the enrollment anniversary unless written cancellation notice is received at least ten (10) days prior to the renewal date.

5. Membership Pause

5.1 Pause Requests
Memberships may be paused by emailing memberships@girlsautoclinic.com.

5.2 Pause Limitations

• Memberships may be paused for a maximum of two (2) months per Membership Year.

• Deferred payments are not forgiven and must be paid in full by the end of the Membership term.

6. Cancellation & Early Termination

6.1 Minimum Commitment
The Girls Auto Clinic Vehicle Care Membership requires a twelve‑month commitment.

6.2 Member‑Initiated Cancellation
Members may request cancellation at any time; however, early termination fees may apply.

6.3 Early Termination Fee
If the retail value of services rendered exceeds the total Membership dues collected at the time of cancellation, the Member is responsible for the difference (“Early Termination Fee”).

Example:
If $75 in dues have been paid and $100 in services have been used, the Early Termination Fee is $25.

6.4 Immediate Termination for Cause
GAC reserves the right to terminate a Membership immediately for non‑payment, abuse, fraud, or violation of this Agreement.

7. Delinquent Payments

7.1 Late Payments
Accounts more than 14 days past due may be charged automatically using the payment method on file.

7.2 Non‑Payment
Failure to resolve outstanding balances within 90 days may result in Membership cancellation and potential collection or legal action.

8. Changes to Membership Terms

GAC reserves the right to modify Membership pricing, benefits, or terms upon renewal or as required by operational or regulatory changes. Members will be notified of material changes in advance.

9. Satisfaction & Support

If you are unsatisfied with your Membership or services, please contact us at memberships@girlsautoclinic.com. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.

10. Limitation of Liability

GAC is not responsible for pre‑existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or damage unrelated to covered services. Liability is limited to the cost of services provided under the Membership.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Membership and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
